★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 podvod mi z téhle realitky stačil, dejte si na ně velký pozor, již nikdy více. Totálně amatérské neférové jednání a velké lži. Realitačka K. Kokešová ani nevěděla, že je byt měsíc v exekuci a má zástavní právo ( teda spíše dělala, že to neví a jen mi lhala), musel jsem si na to přijít sám, normálně by byla schopná prodat mi byt s kterým nelze nakládat. Mohl jsem přijít o spoustu peněz. Remax se nijak k tomuhle ani nevyjádřil. Vůbec nedoporučuji. Dejte si velký pozor ..... odpověď na komentář níže: NE NIKDO se mi nevyjádřil, situaci popisuji zcela pravdivě, ale snad nechcete abych ji zde dopodrobna rozepsal, na to čas nemám, již jsem spoustu hodin a spoustu kilometrů a peněz promrhal řešením hypotéky na byt na který jsem nedostal pravdivé informace. takže mi zde opět LŽETE.
 1 scam was enough for me from this real estate, take great care of them, never again. Totally amateur unfair behavior and big lies. Real estate agent K. Kokešová did not even know that the apartment has been in foreclosure for a month and has a lien (ie she rather did that she does not know and just lied to me), I had to figure it out myself, she would normally be able to sell me an apartment . I could have lost a lot of money. Remax didn't even comment on this. I do not recommend at all. Be very careful ..... answer to the comment below: NO NOBODY commented to me, I describe the situation quite truthfully, but perhaps you do not want me to describe it in detail here, I do not have time for that, I have already wasted a lot of hours and a lot of kilometers and money solving mortgage on an apartment for which I did not receive true information. so LIE is lying to me here again.

Všetko za mňa ohľadne prenájmu bytu zariadila, i veci ktoré boli nad rámec jej povinností. Taká ochota sa dnes už bežne nevidí, som jej veľmi vďačná a určite jej služby využijem i v budúcnosti. Ešte raz ďekujem!!!! :)

Při prohlídce nemovitosti, byla připravená odpovědět na všechny dotazy týkající se nemovitosti.
Znalost lokality byla velkou výhodou.
I přes velký počet uchazečů, byla velmi dobrá komunikace.

Makléř, p. Pavlíček, s nímž jsme jednali, byl velmi vstřícný a hladce nás provedl celou koupí od prohlídky po předání klíčů. Kdybychom chtěli v budoucnu prodat nebo koupit nemovitost, tak se určitě obrátíme na něho.
