Na čem jsme se domluvili, to skutečně platilo. Smluvní dokumentace byla připravena dobře a byla oboustranně vyvážená. Po zkušenostech s některými realitními kancelářemi jsem měl obavy, ale v tomto případě proběhlo vše přesně dle dohody. Toho se vážím a pan Olbrich si získal mou důvěru. Mohu tedy určitě doporučit. We bought land for the construction of a family house. The real estate agent was Mr. Olbrich. We were very satisfied with the service. What we agreed on was really true. The contract documentation was well prepared and balanced on both sides. After the experience with some real estate agencies, I was worried, but in this case everything went exactly as agreed. I appreciate that, and Mr Olbrich has won my trust. So I can definitely recommend.

Oceňuji rychlou reakci, velice příznivé ceny a také fakt, že Vám žádné služby nenutí. Jsem k realitním kancelářím skeptická, toto kancelář je vyjímka. The office is in an accessible location (5 minutes from the Benešov train and bus station). Mr. Olbrich is a very professional expert in his field. I appreciate the quick response, very favorable prices and also the fact that they do not force any services for you. I am skeptical of real estate agencies, this office is an exception.
