★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Petýrek, nemá slušné jednání. Měli jsme vážný zájem o nemovitost, kterou jsme chtěli financovat z vlastních zdrojů, ale kvůli absurdním termínům, kdy jsme nemohli rezervační smlouvu projít s právníkem, nám oznámil, ze s námi obchod neuzavře, že již jedna s dalším zájemcem. V rezervační smlouvě byly nejasnosti ohledně predkupniho práva na pozemek pro ČR. Když jsme se pana Petýrek ptali, kdy a jak bude ono právo zrušeno, odpověď byla, ze do podpisu kupní smlouvy bude zahájeno řízení o zrušení tohoto práva, ale už nikde nebylo stanoveno, zda a kdy bude fakticky zrušeno. Dále dle informaci jiných makléřů z REMAXu, je toto zcela nestandardní postup. Při ceně nemovitosti 1milion Kč, činil rezervační poplatek 240.000,- Kč. Takže, jen kvůli tomu, ze jsme přišli na nějaký problém, nám nezvedal telefon a pouze e-mailem nám sdělil, že s námi obchod neuzavře, že bude jednat s dalším zajemcem. Den po této informaci jsme zjistili, ze ona nemovitost je opět inzerovaná, nejspíš další zájemce zjistil, ze je zde nějaký problém nebo nám pan Petýrek sprosté lhal. Pozor na tuto kancelář!!!!
Mr Petýrek, he is not being polite. We were seriously interested in the property, which we wanted to finance from our own resources, but due to absurd terms, when we could not go through the reservation contract with a lawyer, he told us that he would not close a deal with us, that one with another applicant. There were ambiguities in the reservation contract regarding the pre-emption right to land for the Czech Republic. When we asked Mr. Petýrek when and how the right would be revoked, the answer was that by the time the purchase contract was signed, proceedings would be initiated to revoke this right, but it was no longer specified whether and when it would actually be revoked. Furthermore, according to information from other brokers from REMAX, this is a completely non-standard procedure. With the price of the property 1 million CZK, the reservation fee was 240,000 CZK. So, just because we came up with a problem, he didn't answer the phone and only told us by e-mail that he would not close the deal with us, that he would negotiate with another interested party. The day after this information, we found out that the property was advertised again, probably another interested party found out that there was a problem or that Mr. Petýrek vulgarly lied to us. Beware of this office !!!!
