Následně jsem ho kontatoval a byl jsem mile překvapen jeho přístupem a pomocí, kterou mi poskytl. Při konzultaci mě navíc upozornil na další důležité souvislosti nad rámec mých otázek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realitní služby pana Kotuly mohu opravdu doporučit jak nezkušeným, tak velmi náročným klientům. Spolupráce s ním v případě prodeje bytu a pak po letech prodeje pozemku probíhala s velkou profesionalitou a orientací v oboru, proklientským přístupem, příjemnou lidskou komunikací a klidem.

Na jeho realitní kancelář jsem narazila prostřednictvím veřejně přístupných a velice přínosných webinářů věnovaných problematice pronájmu nemovitostí, ve kterých profesionálně a srozumitelným způsobem objasňuje úskalí této agendy a odpovídá na dotazy jejich účastníků. He was responsive, fair, professional, and trustworthy. There were some things that were a little complex to coordinate as I travel extensively for work and Mr. Kotula found a solution for each item.
