★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná zkušenost, fakturovali si služby, které jsem si neobjednala. Zavádějící a nepřesné informace na webu. Nepřímá komunikace přes asistentku, neslušnost. Absolutně nedoporučuji.
Very bad experience, they invoiced for services that I did not order. Misleading and inaccurate information on the web. Indirect communication through an assistant, indecency. I absolutely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S Mgr. Zajíčkem pracuje naše realitní kancelář od roku 2014. Je to velmi spolehlivý advokát a přitom lidský. Smlouvy byly vždy precizně připraveny. Je velmi příjemné mít advokáta, na jehož práci se mohou 100% spolehnout. Mohu jen a jen doporučit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalní ztráta času a peněz. Paní Šilhavá dala připomínky ke kupní smlouvě, které byly zcela imateriální jen proto aby ukázala nějakou aktivitu. Jediný bod, který jsem po ní chtěl, aby vyjednala (vlastně jediný důvod proč jsem oslovil tuto firmu), nebyla schopná vyřešit. Kupní smlouva a smlouva o úschově ceny byly nakonec k mé spokojenosti, protože jsem si klíčový bod vyjednal sám, takže přidaná hodnota nula. O komunikaci mezi paní Šilhavou a advokátem protistrany jsem se dozvídal až zpětně od prodávajícího. V neposlední řadě mě paní Šilhavá neupozornila na to, že požadavek protistrany v souvilsosti s úschovou peněz byl v rozporu s notářským řádem, což mi u ''realitního'' advokáta přijde vskutku šokující.
Nadto jsou realitní advokáti "známou firmou" a podle toho se k vám bude advokát protistrany chovat.
Total loss of time and money. Mrs. Šilhavá made comments on the purchase contract, which were completely immaterial just to show some activity. The only point I wanted her to negotiate (actually the only reason I approached this company) was she was unable to resolve. The purchase contract and the price custody contract were ultimately to my satisfaction, because I negotiated the key point myself, so the added value was zero. I learned about the communication between Ms. Šilhava and the lawyer of the other party only retrospectively from the seller. Last but not least, Ms. Šilhavá did not point out to me that the counterparty's request in connection with the safekeeping of money was in conflict with the notarial rules, which I find really "shocking" for a "real estate" lawyer.
In addition, real estate attorneys are a "well-known firm" and the other party's attorney will treat you accordingly.
