I don't want to give a single star. Mr. pretends to be a real estate agent, yet he is rude and rude. We called that we were interested in being. The Lord didn't even listen to us and immediately told us not to call him again. Such behavior is neither solid nor human at all.

ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! I must warn anyone who would like to work with this real estate agency! The gentleman in question uses Šmějd's practices and focuses on the sale of real estate by old people (his real estate is located opposite the home for the elderly), who try to damage it by unfavorable sales and at their expense !!! We have personal experience with him !!! Under no circumstances enter into any contract with him !!! In our case, he wanted to enrich himself by almost 1.5 million crowns. The month did not offer the property at all, he claimed that he did not have the keys, etc ... After a month, he said that he had an lady from Prague who was interested. Then he brought a fictitious buyer to the tour - his girlfriend (wife) !!! Which she does (did) at the office in Blansko! This gentleman, who is the owner of this real estate agency, has been running these practices for some time now, and I know that he has sold other properties at such a disadvantage !!! We are considering legal steps and handling a complaint to the Trades Licensing Office at least for the revocation of a license from the CNB. In order to protect other vulnerable old people to whom this fraudster and human hyena would like to mediate the sale of their property.
