Jestli s nimi budete mít něco společného, doporučuji si předem vše přesně domluvit a sepsat černé na bílém a hlavně jim NEVĚŘTE a vše si důkladně zkontrolujte. Na druhou stranu, v druhé fázi následného papírování dopadlo vše bez problémů a komplikací. Z celého obchodu bylo cítit, že se realitačka snaží vyšponovat cenu a ještě získat provizi na zajištění hypotéky = typická vlastnost, kterou realiťáci běžně používají. From the whole business, it was felt that the real estate agent was trying to save the price and still get a commission to secure the mortgage = a typical feature that realtors commonly use.
