★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento člověk má tu drzost posílat lidem faktury na zálohy za energie, což je v pořádku, lidé jsou holt líní a tam mu toto svěřili, ale on položku sdruženě nazývá ve faktuře jako NÁJEM!!! V jejich vlastním bytě mají lidé platit nájem!!! Pan Baldýnský totiž žije v iluzi, že ty byty vlastní!!! Všem doporučuji, ať se obrací na právní zástupce, a toto řeší!!! Pan Baldýnský není majitel a nemá na toto nárok!!! Nájem je právní závazek mezi nájemcem a nájemníkem!!! Nevím kde bere tuto neuvěřitelnou drzost.

In their own apartment people have to pay rent !!! Mr. Baldýnský is living in the illusion that these apartments own !!! I recommend to all, whether to turn to a solicitor, and to solve this !!! Mr. Baldýnský is not the owner and has no claim to this !!! The lease is a legal obligation between the tenant and the tenant !!! I don't know where he takes this incredible audacity.
