We do not highly recommend the Donna reality real estate agency. Through Donna Reality, we wanted to buy an apartment, but the real estate agent did not warn us that we could not buy the apartment due to a payment condition that was unfulfillable from the beginning and she knew about it. We concluded a reservation contract and spent 4 months arguing how to resolve the situation. The broker's approach was unprofessional, with everything she didn't know we were advised by a lawyer and our mortgage adviser, but in the end we not only didn't buy an apartment but lost 80,000 CZK + fees for a lawyer and 4 months of life.
