★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realitní kancelář byla dána výběrem bytu k pronájmu přes SReality. Jednání bylo svižné a nebyl problém se na všem dohodnout. Dle mého názoru se makléř profesionálně snažil o rozumný kompromis mezi požadavky pronajímatele a nájemce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přes tuto realitní kancelář jsme si pronajali byt. Smlouva sestavená jejich realitní kanceláří byla proti zákonům a když jsme se ohradili proti výši pokuty 1% denně, při prodlení placení nájmu (značně převyšuje výši úroku z prodlení danou zákonem), tak komentář pana Dvořáčka byl: 'Upraveno. Ale připadá Vám úrok 2,50 Kč denně pro dlužníka nějak motivační? Mně vůbec ne.'. Nebo výše drobných oprav byla zastřešena částkou 2000, přičemž dle zákona maximální možná je 1000 Kč. Na schůzku o předání bytu přijel o 20 minut později. Jediné pozitivum je, že s pronajatým bytem jsme spokojení a domluva s majitelkou je výborná.

The only positive is that we are satisfied with the rented apartment and the agreement with the owner is excellent.
