Mrs. Žvatorová adapted to us and instead of 2 pre-arranged tours, she took us on a tour of 4 apartments. The office ensured the flawless course and execution of the reservation contract. Preparations for the purchase contract and safekeeping of the purchase price verified by a lawyer were a matter of course. After completing all the formalities, we took over the apartment on Saturday and the next day on Sunday they called us that they had an ideal tenant for us. Communication at a professional level, sending all the necessary documents was a turnaround.

After about 21 days, when the proposal and the addendum to the purchase and reservation contract were exchanged, we agreed on the final form after mutual concessions. We didn't mind this time, because the apartment was still being renovated. Thanks to this, we were able to choose from the colors of doors, door frames and lines. Unfortunately, we waited for the apartment almost two months longer because the company was delayed by about 3 weeks with the completion of the apartment and then a nice lady at the cadastral office delayed the transcript into personal ownership due to the assumption that we had a mistake in the papers. Even though we delivered all the documents from the bank from the legal department within three days, that everything was in order, the lady was in no hurry and made full use of 30 days for one stamp. I take down one star for complications in the apartment. Although it is not entirely the fault of the real estate agent, as the client they should have carried out more thorough inspections before taking over the apartment from the company that carried out the reconstruction. Fortunately, the complaints were quick. Mostly the next day. The first problem was that they forgot to plug two sockets into the circuit in the living room and also forgot to put a seal on the front door. Everything was solved by one phone call and the next day it was repaired. Then we found out that they named the wrong fuses for us. Where the washing machine was, a refrigerator was connected. Where the refrigerator was supposed to be, there was a microwave, etc. :-D Solved by a simple test and renaming the fuses. The third problem was that every two or three days we were blown away by a circuit breaker. This was resolved a little longer before the fault occurred. In the end, after about 14 days and two visits to the technician, it was discovered that the company that was doing the reconstruction confused the apartments and stretched the cabling for the el. heating. Subsequently, they connected these cables to the distribution box, so there was a problem with the circuit breaker. After disconnecting the cables from the circuit, there is no problem (that was about a year ago). We are generally satisfied with the real estate. We bought the apartment on the recommendation of a friend. In our vicinity, the apartment has been purchased from Favorit by several people, and all but the small gossip, which has always been removed, are extremely satisfied. We negotiated with Mrs. Žvatorová and her daughter. Satisfaction on our part with the approach and speed of negotiations. The total price agreed to our satisfaction. I have recorded from the operator a record of our conversation where he yelled and insulted us, if there was a chance to complain higher I would do it right away, but since he is the owner and agent, the journey ends ... How can a company executive treat potential clients like this? Never deal with this company again, horror and horror !!!
