★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paraziti. Přemrštěné provize za 15 minut "práce". Pokud ještě někdy budu řešit bydlení, udělám vše pro to, abych nemusel využít služeb realitek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POZOR! NEVRÁTÍ REZERVAČNÍ POPLATEK, I KDYŽ ŽÁDÁTE O JEJICH PŮJČKU A NESCHVÁLÍ JI VÁM (což je ve smlouvě). Vyloženě lžou v podmínkách smlouvy, podávají poloviční informace o nemovitosti, nechtějí nic řešit. Nepomohou, naopak na vás vytáhnou právníka. Hlavně paní vedoucí Římanová a makléřka Pavláková nemají ani špetku lidského přístupu a pochopení. Tato rádoby značková realitka jen umí zinkasovat zálohu. Vyberte si nemovitost jinde a hlavně nic nepodepisujte a neunáhlete se jako my..."Jsou tady ještě jiní zájemci, tak co, rezervujete??"
ATTENTION! DO NOT REFUSE THE RESERVATION FEE, EVEN IF YOU REQUEST FOR THEIR LOAN AND DO NOT LEAVE YOU (which is in the contract). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před 5 lety jsem od RK Sting koupil dům v Ostravě Heřmanicích. Realitní makléř byl velmi vstřícný, prošli jsme celý dům, zahradu, obešli jsme celý dům na zahradě /po trávníku/, všechno v pořádku. Nyní, po 5 letech se mi ozvalo město, že polovina trávníku na severní části blíže u souseda je jejich. Takže mi ji prodají za sedmdesát tisíc, nebo pronajmou za roční nájem.
Takové jsou moje zkušenosti s RK Sting.
Uvedli mě v omyl, že kupuji celý přilehlý pozemek tzn. to co je až k plotu souseda. Přece když stojím na trávníku, dívám se na dvě vzrostlé jabloně, tak tomu kupujícímu řeknu - hele teď jsme na pozemku města, musíte si to s ním domluvit (!!!)
Z katastru jsem nevyčetl, že kupuji menší část, protože mi stačilo rozklikat přilehlé obdélníky ze všech stran domu a ověřit si, že jsou prodávajícího. To, že pozemek vlastníka na severní straně domu je rozdělen na 2 úzké parcely a to co kupuji, je jen jedna z nich, to se vyčíst nedá, pokud si to nejdete změřit metrem a nesrovnáte s měřítkem na katastru.
Je to 5 let zpátky, už se ničeho po nich nedomůžu. Budu platit nájemné, na nákup nemám, hypotéku mi na to nikdo nedá a úvěr si brát nebudu...
5 years ago I bought a house in Ostrava Heřmanice from RK Sting. The real estate agent was very helpful, we went through the whole house, the garden, we went around the whole house in the garden / on the lawn /, everything was fine. Now, after 5 years, the city has told me that half the lawn in the northern part closer to the neighbor is theirs. So they sell it to me for seventy thousand, or rent it for an annual rent.
Such is my experience with RK Sting.
They misled me that I am buying the whole adjacent land, ie. what is up to the neighbor's fence. After all, when I stand on the lawn, I look at two tall apple trees, I will tell the buyer - look, we are on the land of the city now, you have to make an appointment with him (!!!)
I did not read from the cadastre that I was buying a smaller part, because it was enough for me to click on the adjacent rectangles from all sides of the house and verify that they are the seller. The fact that the land of the owner on the north side of the house is divided into 2 narrow plots and what I buy is just one of them, it cannot be read unless you can measure it by subway and compare it with the scale on the cadastre.
It's been 5 years, I can't do anything after them. I will pay the rent, I do not have a purchase, no one will give me a mortgage and I will not take out a loan ...
