Přestože jsem se v oblasti realit příliš nevyznala, vše mi dokázal srozumitelně vysvětlit a pomohl najít nejvhodnější řešení přímo mně na míru. Realitní pány vřele doporučuju a v případě další budoucí koupě s nimi budu opět ráda spolupracovat. I appreciate Mr. Bogdanov's individual and professional approach to the purchase of an apartment. Mr. Bogdanov is a professional in his field with a human approach. Although I did not know much about real estate, he was able to explain everything to me clearly and help me find the most suitable solution tailored to me. Š	Šárka Jedličková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S Realitními Pány jsem řešila koupi bytu, jehož prodej zprostředkovávali. V minulosti jsem slyšela mnoho negativních zkušeností s jinými realitními makléři. Byla jsem velmi ráda, že se v případě Realitních Pánů tyto obavy nenaplnily. Koupi bytu jsem řešila hlavně s panem Bogdanovem, byl velmi nápomocný, reaguje bleskově, vždy je na telefonu ochoten vše vysvětlit. Všechny kroky, které měla realitní společnost na starosti, proběhly ve velmi krátkém čase. Nesnáším studování a řešení jakékoli byrokracie, tedy jsem ocenila, že ve mně pan Bogdanov vyvolal dostatečnou důvěru, abych mohla zaujmout pasivní roli a jen plnit instrukce, když bylo potřeba něco udělat/podepsat/zkontrolovat, atd. Koupě bytu byla složitější, prodávající žije v Itálii a v období covid restrikcí nebyl schopna přijet. I s tím si dokázal pan Bogdanov poradit nejefektivněji, jak mohl. Jejich finanční poradce, pan Jansen, pracuje též na jedničku, nabídl mi širokou škálu nabídek různých hypoték s očekávaným úrokem, který byl poté i schopen zdárně vyjednat. Realitní Pány plně doporučuji a pokud budu v budoucnu sama řešit prodej bytu, rozhodně nebudu váhat s tím, na koho se obrátit. I was very glad that in the case of the Real Estate Lords, these fears were not fulfilled. I decided to buy the apartment mainly with Mr. Bogdanov, he was very helpful, he responds quickly, he is always willing to explain everything on the phone. All the steps that the real estate company was in charge of took place in a very short time. I hate studying and dealing with any bureaucracy, so I appreciated that Mr. Bogdanov instilled enough confidence in me to be able to take a passive role and just follow instructions when something needed to be done / signed / checked, etc. Italy and during the period of covid restrictions was unable to come. Mr. Bogdanov was able to deal with this as effectively as possible. Their financial advisor, Mr. Jansen, also works at number one, offering me a wide range of offers of various mortgages with expected interest, which he was then able to negotiate successfully. I fully recommend Real Estate Gentlemen, and if I deal with the sale of the apartment myself in the future, I will definitely not hesitate with whom to contact.
