A to ksem si musel zaridit sam veskere nalezitosti... vcetne jednani s prodavajicim, Katast,notář,smlouvy,odhad,a jine. Ve svem volném čase. Nikdy vic,jakmile se prihlasite,vase data pouziji na vymáhání penez . Tj. Koupite to s jinou realitkou zaplatíte 2x provizi samoobsluze a vasi realitce. The biggest winder, for that I found their izerat and half a year I bought the property. I claim 1% of the price as if they helped me to buy the property. And he had to arrange all the findings himself ... including negotiations with the seller, Cadastre, notary, contract, estimate, and others. In my free time. Never again, once you log in, I will use your data to collect money. I.e. Buy it with another real estate company, you will pay 2x self-service commission and your real estate agent.

P	Petr Sailer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bez podpisu jejich "dotazníku" (ve skutečnosti se jedná o zprostředkovatelskou smlouvu) a souhlasem s (naprosto nevýhodnými až šikanózními VOP) Vám napíšou, že spolupráce není možná. Jinými slovy zprostředkovávají (velmi pravděpodobně za odměnu) prodej nemovitosti pro prodávajícího a stejně tak chtějí odměnu po kupujícím, kdo by nechtěl dostat 2x zaplaceno, že? (Zákon toto sice se souhlasem obou stran umožňuje, ale čtěte pozorně, co jim potvrzujete/podepisujete). Bylo by to fér, kdyby to bylo napsáno pro běžného člověka srozumitelně a neschovávalo se to za "dotazník". Přestože inzerovaná nabídka vypadala zajímavě, my se dál z výše uvedených důvodů nedostali. Bylo mi řečeno, že musím počkat a vyplnit dotazník, který přijde na e-mail. Než mi příšel, našel jsem si na prodávajícího kontakt sám. Ze strany prodávajícího jsem byl ujištěn, že inzerát dával pouze na server bazoš a jasně definoval, že si nepřeje žádnou realitku a že inzerát se na stránkách samoobsluhy objevil bez jeho vědomí. Z mého pohledu jde minimálně o nečestné jednání. Před kontaktováním makléře prohledejte všechny volně přístupné servery jako jsou bazos, bez realitky a podobně, je možné, že toto praktikují častěji. 1% z kupní ceny jsem zaplatil, protože jsem kontakt opravdu získal (opět upozornuji, že jsem si sám našel rychleji) a nestálo mi kvůli těm penězům tropit haló. Before contacting a broker, search all freely accessible servers such as bazos, without real estate and the like, it is possible that they practice this more often. I paid 1% of the purchase price because I really got the contact (again, I note that I found myself faster) and it didn't cost me to make a halo because of the money.

Se službami Realitní Samoobsluhy jsem spokojená a mohu ji doporučit. Real estate sales took place without complications. Easy communication after e-mail, unsolicited calls.
