★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S Ondřejem jsem spolupracoval jak na prodeji tak na pronájmu svých bytů.
V obou případem mě překvapilo, jak rychle vše proběhlo. Byt byl
pronajatý do týdne a kupce na můj byt nalezl do měsíce. Nemuseli jsme
ani snižovat cenu a byt byl prodaný velmi výhodně za vstřícnou provizi.
Ani po prodeji však jeho práce neskončila a když jsem se na něj obrátil
cca po třech měsících a chtěl dohledat nějakou dokumentaci, kterou jsem
ztratil, vše mi ochotně doložil. Vždy se na něj rád obracím, protože

Jiné RK podle mých zkušeností nejednají úplně férově.
Je inteligentní, upřímný a rychle reaguje na podněty prodávajícího nebo kupujícího a vždy ke spokojenosti obou stran.
Za mě mu dávám 100% 5 z 5 hvězdiček a zasloužil by si 6 hvězd.
V budoucnu ho určitě zase oslovím.

Mr. Capek is absolutely the best broker I have ever known.
In my experience, other real estate agencies do not act fairly.
He is intelligent, honest and responds quickly to the suggestions of the seller or buyer and always to the satisfaction of both parties.
For me, I give him 100% 5 out of 5 stars and he deserves 6 stars.
