Bral nás do domu na prohlídky několikrát po sobě, zasílal nám návrhy smluv a nakonec jsme si sami zjistily, že RD je již dlouho prodán. Dům je stále v nabídce. (RD Nehvizdy) Nemilá zkušenost a ještě horší jednání realitní kanceláře a jejích zaměstnanců vůči klientům. Very unreliable conduct an unnamed broker who offered us already sold the property. V pondeli jsme meli podepisovat smlouvy u notare, vse domluvene, hypoteka zajistena a v patek nam napsali email, ze prodavajici se rozhodnul vzhledem k aktualni situaci prodej nerealizovat. Ve stredu jiz byla provedena zmena na katastru. Panove jednali s nami a dalsim kupujicim (za nasimi zady) ktery nakonec nemovitost koupil... Neseriozni, uprimne realitakovi “ta poctivost” primo vyzaruje z oci. Takze nema smysl ani zacat jednani, resp. Pocitejte s tim, ze nejednaji pouze s Vami. I VERY NOT RECOMMEND !!! Stále jednám se stejným makléřem, což je výhoda rodinné realitní kanceláře. Jsou levní, rychlí a na nic si nehrají. Můžu jen doporučit!
