★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší realitní kancelář s jakou jsem měl tu čest. Paní jednatelka je obyčejný příživník a pase se na klientech a to i těch bývalých. Díky její chamtivosti jsme přišli o krásný dům, který jsme chtěli koupit.
The worst real estate agency I've had the honor of. The executive is an ordinary breadwinner and grazes on clients, even former ones. Thanks to her greed, we lost the beautiful house we wanted to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní majitelka zareagovala na můj mail (zájem o pronájem nabízené nemovitosti) hned druhý den. Poskytla mi info o možné prohlídce a že v den prohlídky mi dopoledne zavolá. Nezavolala ani nenapsala sms. Hádám, že první zájemce o nemovitost projevil zájem. To, že máte jasnou provizi ale neznamená, že se můžete vybodnou na ostatní zájemce a nedáte jim o tom ani vědět.
Doporučuji zlepšit komunikaci s klienty. Těch pár sms navíc, už vás nezabije. ;)
The owner responded to my e-mail (interest in renting the offered property) the very next day. She gave me info about a possible tour and that she would call me in the morning on the day of the tour. She did not call or write an sms. I guess the first person interested in the property showed interest. But the fact that you have a clear commission does not mean that you can stand out to other interested parties and you will not even let them know about it.
I recommend improving communication with clients. Those few extra sms won't kill you anymore. ;)
