★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulová komunikace. Slíbí, že zavolají, nic. Inzerát zmizí. Když se ozvou, mají neseriózní a nespolehlivé jednání. Pochybná společnost.
Zero communication. They promise to call, nothing. The ad disappears. When they speak, they have frivolous and unreliable actions. Doubtful company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto společnost nedoporučuji od začátku s ní byly problémy. O smlouvách, domluvě a profesionalitě ani nemluvim. Kdyby šla dát 0 hvězdiček tak bych je dal. A ještě si berou větší provizi než je napsáno ve smlouvě.
I do not recommend this company from the beginning there were problems with it. I'm not even talking about contracts, agreement and professionalism. If she could give 0 stars, I would give them. And they take an even bigger commission than the one written in the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proč mi házíte leták do schránky, když si to očividně nepřeji. Ale asi se není čemu divit vzhledem k Vašim hodnocením. Když nejste schopni respaktovat takto jednoduché přání, pak je mi naprosto jasné, že Vaše služby budou přímo úměrné ke schopnosti porozumět psanému textu.
Why are you throwing a flyer in my inbox when I obviously don't want it. But it's probably not surprising given your ratings. If you are not able to respect such a simple wish, then it is quite clear to me that your services will be directly proportional to the ability to understand the written text.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsme nebyli spokojeni s realitními službami nabízenými Broker Consulting/Reality spolu. Ze začátku byl pan makléř milý, příjemný, ale vše se změnilo v momentě, kdy z naší strany nebyla vůle podepsat rezervační smlouvu ve znění, které je pro kupujícího nevýhodné. Později jsme zjistili, že nám byly zatajeny základní údaje o nabízené nemovitosti a některé faktické a právní věci byly prezentovány klamavě. Pokud hledáte profesionální, příjemné jednání bez nátlaku, lží a polopravd, obraťte se na jinou RK, teď už máme srovnání a víme, že obchod může proběhnout i v klidu a bez zbytečných nervů, tak aby byla spokojená strana prodávajících, ale i kupujících. Pokud se přesto rozhodnete využít těchto služeb, velmi doporučuji konzultaci s právníkem.

At the beginning, the broker was nice, pleasant, but everything changed at a time when we did not have the will to sign a reservation contract in a wording that is disadvantageous for the buyer. We later found out that the basic information about the offered real estate was hidden from us and some factual and legal things were presented deceptively. If you are looking for a professional, pleasant meeting without coercion, lies and half-truths, contact another agency, now we have a comparison and we know that the business can take place in peace and without unnecessary nerves, so that there is a satisfied party of sellers and buyers. If you still decide to use these services, I highly recommend consulting a lawyer.
