★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze začátku vše probíhalo velmi rychle. Do druhého dne od hovoru byli u nás abychom domluvili návrh zahrady. Návrh zahrady byl hotový ještě ten den. Bohužel jsme se úplně nepochopili a chtěli jsme návrh trošku upravit. Týden se nám nikdo neozval a po urgenci nám napsali, že z kapacitních a personálních důvodů naši zahradu dělat nebudou. Opravdu mě velmi mrzí tento přístup a přijde mi to velmi neprofesionální, ještě když nám při odchodu říkali, že se zahradou začnou přelom březen/duben. Rovnou stačilo říct, že jsme pro ně nezajímavý.
From the beginning, everything went very fast. The next day after the call, they were with us to arrange a garden design. The garden design was completed that day. Unfortunately, we did not fully understand and wanted to modify the proposal a bit. No one contacted us for a week and after an urgency they wrote to us that for capacity and personnel reasons they would not build our garden. I am really very sorry for this approach and it seems very unprofessional to me, even when they told us when we left that the garden will start at the turn of March / April. Suffice it to say that we are uninteresting to them.
