S	Sato Live on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a forcefeel and paid money fot it already 2 years ago. But I don't still have it! When are you going to send the product to me? You are repeatedly saying by email that you are gonna send the product to me. But you haven't done it yet.
V	Viktor Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the new forcefeel mat of Realteus as a replacement for a buttkicker gamer 2 basshaker. The mat is well designed and the position of the bass shaker motors is quite versatile. You have 8 motors (4 on seat, 4 in the back). The software needed some time to work with the telemetry software but know it works just fine. Communicating with Realteus is sometimes a bit tedious but in the end I got my answers. The very owner is sometimes on the other side ;-) All in all I am satisfied with Realteus with a bonus of a startup company in a very special niche market. PS: I removed one star because the delivery took longer than expected (~ 8 month), even for a first batch product.
g	gomru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought here: ORDER NO. EU#1426 20.01.2020 Invoice EU2020-0016. After all this time they did not send anything and did not reply to emails. They only take the money and dont send anything. Please don't buy here you will loose your money. I ve been trying to contact them to get my money back and it is impossible.
W	Witcher Blade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite a delay of shipment, that was not Realteus fault, they did not give up. I've now received the Realteus ForceFeel (Wheels edition) which is amazing ! I could not do without it now ! Thanks for all guys and keep on being professional like that ! I have heard from friends that, now, you ship it quickly.

Will update this review once everything is working how it should UPDATE from receiving unable to use as intended. software doesn't appear to be working & now the pad is broken appears to be loose wiring. Have been told Realteus will send out a replacement This was promised in June ,however they said I must wait for the new batch to arrive in July. Nearing the end of July now & Ive heard nothing ! Haven't seen any updates & no direct message to me since. This just isn't looking hopeful. UPDATE ! Now nearing end of August & still nothing ! No communication /updates from Realteus UPDATE October 2019 Still no communication & no replacement. Many other customers in the same situation if you google it * UPDATE November 2019 Still no direct communication / no replacement product but still advertising on facebook Now many customer complaints & increasing ! This isn't looking good !
J	Jim Panse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent my ForceFeel pad back to Realteus for a repair by the end of March. I have not heard anything from Realteus since then. I tried to message them via E-mail, facebook, the support form on their website and the RMA case. Furthermore I called their hotline multiple types, but nobody accepted the call. I really liked the product up to the day I had to use the support of the company. It is not an issue for me that a product fails, that can happen. But it is a real disaster if a company totally ignores you with your problems. I give everybody the advise: Don´t buy any product of this company, it will save you a lot of troubles and time! Update 31.03.2020: Finally the replaced product arrived and it works fine. And how could it be different, again with some delay.
M	Michael Badmin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great product and have been very impressed as to how it really has enhanced my setup. Whereas I have a full set of buttkickers/bass shakers (7 in total) on my rig, this has given me the ability add some extra immersive effects, as well as fine tune them. It’d be a great feedback solution on its own as well however. One of the really nice features is how banking/turning can be felt, a bit like g force being applied as you feel pressure on your back to the opposite side of the corner. The latest version of the force feel which I have is also much more comfortable than the first, with extra padding and the software is easy to set up too. Recently the company has suffered from slow turnaround times and long customer waits for orders - my own order took a little while, but was definitely worth the wait and I understand they are taking steps to resolve these issues. Either way I’m glad I waited and very happy with the product which offers a lot of bang for your buck when you compare with a full costly tactile shaker set up. Great product ?
S	Saygin Soher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed for May batch 2019 (thinking that i'll receive a working product in May) At June I contacted them because I haven't received anything. They told me the product is not ready and Simshaker Wings edition doesn't work properly with every title yet, I requested a refund and they sent me a form to cancel my purchase it's been over a month, I haven't been refunded neither they reply to my emails anymore. Edit : 05/08/2019 I have finally received my refund.
