★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nedoporučuji! kupovala jsem 8 nových palet na postel za 240 Kč/kus, tzn. za průměrnou cenu, kdy očekávám, že budou palety v dobrém stavu. To každopádně nebyly, pán je dovezl za extra 700 Kč od bahna, hodil mi je ke dveřím a když jsem ho prosila, jestli by je mi pomohl vynést do 1. patra, že to sama nezvládnu, dost nepříjemně odpověděl, že ho bolí záda a odjel. Příště doporučuji upozornit dopředu, že cena dopravy nezahrnuje vynesení do bytu - kvůli mé nevědomosti jsem si ty palety od Vás nechávala přivést a tento přístup mě dost zklamal. Jen by mě teď zajímalo, jestli by se stejná situace stala i u speciální express dopravy, kterou nabízíte za skoro dvojnásobnou cenu ( 1300 kc)
not recommended! I bought 8 new pallets per bed for 240 CZK / piece, ie. at an average price where I expect pallets to be in good condition. In any case, it was not, the gentleman brought them for extra 700 CZK from the mud, threw them to my door and when I begged him if he would help me to bring them to the first floor that I can not handle it quite unpleasantly answered that his back aches and he left. The next time I recommend to point out in advance that the price of transport does not include bringing into the apartment - because of my ignorance I had the pallets brought from you and this approach disappointed me quite. I just wonder if the same situation would happen with the special express transport you offer for almost double the price (1300 kc)
