Pak jsem znova oslovil 4x firmu Redl která mi ani neodpověděla, ale firma kašlala na mé dotazy, kdy můžou dovést a nainstalovat radiátor, podle nabídky z roku 2020. P.S. počítal jsem, že cena bude vyžší než v roce 2020. NESPOLEHLIVÁ FIRMA REDL - servis s.r.o.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsem poptával podlahové topení na RD tak jsem PD dle domluvy poslal této firmě. Po 10 dnech když nereagovali jsme volali na info a tam milá paní na dotaz že se nám nikdo neozval a nevíme co a jak, tak na mě vyhrkla....no tak to asi nemáme zájem.....Tak pardón ?
When I requested underfloor heating for a family house, I sent the PD to this company by appointment. After 10 days when they did not respond, we called the info and there, a nice lady, when asked that no one answered us and we do not know what and how, so she shouted at me .... well, we're probably not interested ..... So sorry ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S vedoucím montáží panem Fojtíkem jsem se domluvil na termín schůzky týkající se výměny radiátorů. Na termín nedorazil, nezvedal telefon a na dispečinku o něm nevěděli. Nikdo z firmy se neozval a ani jinak neomluvil. Za mě bohužel nespokojenost.
I agreed with the assembly manager, Mr. Fojtík, on the date of the meeting regarding the replacement of radiators. He didn't arrive on time, he didn't answer the phone and they didn't know about it at the control room. No one from the company spoke or apologized in any other way. Unfortunately, dissatisfaction for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při reklamaci vodovodní baterie jsem byl,,slušně řečeno,, poslán domů ať si reklamaci vyřídím sám. Paní prodavačka velmi sympatická osoba,která si nebyla ani schopná nasadit respirátor. Předpokládám že v tomto obchodě mě už nikdo nikdy neuvidí. Po přečtení recenzí nejspíš nebudu sám. Tak si váží zákazníků.
When complaining about the faucet, I was, politely speaking, sent home to handle the complaint myself. The saleswoman is a very nice person who was not even able to put on a respirator. I guess no one will ever see me again in this store. After reading the reviews, I probably won't be alone. So he values customers.
