★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers were really good , we tried standard and special one . Place is nice and service was good . We had the combo version . We also had oppurtunity to taste a special sauce called chillis we we really liked . Potatoes were also good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried their Classic burger with fries and a free refill drink. The quality of burger is above average, however given the price of 200 CZK for the combo and taking into account that this is their cheapest menu meal, it makes me wonder why would anyone want to spend this much money in basically a fast food place. With the prices set this hight I'd consider a specialised burger joint anywhere downtown. Moreover, specifically at this place, the service let me wait for about three minutes at the counter until they even noticed me with no other customers in line. Even though their soft drinks seem to be a hipsta's choice with alternative brands(Crown Cola, Vinea...), they are all sugary, without any choice of a light sugar-free drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the food looks better then it tastes. Fries are just average. The sauce looks just like a ketchup and a mayo mixed together. They don't have any unsweetened drink except soda. They don't have the list of ingredients (alergens) of gluten-free buns (I had to ask and wait many minutes before the staff found the ingredients online). Fabric and therefore dirty and spotty seats on chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason why I only give 3 stars is the thing that the staff (guy with beard) was really unfriendly. We had the whole time the feeling that he doesn’t want to work here.
The burger was ok! The French fries was very good!
If you improve the service quality I would give more stars!

Burger: I ordered the "Chef" with 100% organic "bio" beef. cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and avocado mayonnaise--served on a yummy buttered bun. It was actually delicious for mall food. Cost was 219 kč for the burger.
Coffee: not often I find a good coffee bar in a burger joint, but here we are. Decent flat-white coffee was 80 kč and it picked me up!
If you find yourself stuck at the outlet mall, and are hungry, I think this might be the best option among the few on offer.
