If the bus is late you automatically get refunded an amount as per their policies. Overall great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern& well equipped trains that even have compartments ( not too many of those still around unfortunately ), onboard service is unexpectedly luxurious, AND all of that for ticket prices reliably smaller than the regulars (ČD, ÖBB, MAV etc)?! Really happy they're around...

I arrived to the train at time and the train was 10 than 20 minutes late and than 2 hours! I have a meeting that I’m going to miss. You know what? It can happen but now this- they have a place in a train 1 hour later but no standard place free - so they forced me to buy business ticket instead of taking the responsibility and upgrade my ticket for the same price. You guy did the mistake not me. I’m not sure what is it more - funny Or ridicules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of this company. I travelled from Brno to Vienna with small daughter and the operator sold me ticket with a mistake -for 2 adults and 1 kid. I understood this only the next day, when bought a return ticket. So always check attentively the ticket even if you travel alone. Or you will lose your money.

The Cappuccino at the lounge tastes like the true italian one.
The staff of the lounge is very friendly and even if your train is delayed they manage to make you smile. Free Coffee, free water and free entertainment included in the ridiculously low train ticket price.
