★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ta pani je neskutočne drzá a otrávená z práce. Taky dělám za kasou a nejsem taka otrávená z lidi ako je ona. Už si tam nebudem kupovat jízdenky . A nebolo to prvý krát ako sa zachovala k nám :( Poprosím vedení aby sní udělali pořádek. Ráda chodím RJ, ale kvůli takovému přístupu raději půdu ČD.
The lady is incredibly rude and poisoned from work. I also work behind the cash register and I'm not as annoyed by people like her. I will no longer buy tickets there. And it wasn't the first time she'd behaved towards us :( I'll ask the management to put their dreams in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Využívám pro pravidelné cesty do Prahy. Občas jsou zde hektické nástupy a výstupy do/z vlaku, ale i tak se prostě někdy zpoždění nevyhnete.
Jsou zde proměnlivé ceny v rámci stejné třídy, klidně i +/- 50 Kč.
Obsluha ve vagónech je ale příjemná a obecně bych hodnotil lépe než ČD.
I use it for regular trips to Prague. Sometimes there are hectic entrances and exits to / from the train, but you can sometimes avoid the delay.
There are variable prices within the same class, even +/- 50 CZK.
However, the service in the wagons is pleasant and I would generally rate it better than ČD.
