★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštívila jsem už hodně informačních center, ale v tomto jsem byla opravdu v šoku. Slušně jsem se paní zeptala, zda nemají nějaké regionální knížky, jsem zvyklá z hromady jiných IC po celých Čechách, že nějaké publikace mají vždy. Ale tady na mě paní vyštěkla, že nejsem v knihovně, a že vůbec nerozumí co chci. Takové zacházení opravdu nechápu.
I've visited a lot of information centers, but in this I was really shocked. I politely asked the lady if they have any regional books, I am used to a pile of other ICs throughout the Czech Republic that they always have some publications. But here the lady barked at me for not being in the library and not understanding what I wanted. I really do not understand such treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pracovníčka ma dá sa povedať nepríjemne prekvapila, keď som sa opýtal na otváracie hodiny tunajšieho zámku. Nevedela mi odpovedať a odporučila mi radšej letáčik na regáli, čo ma prekvapilo lebo som čakal že v infocentruntre v Kostelci by mohli vedieť otváracie hodiny tunajšieho zámku. Ale aspoň vedela nájsť letáčik.
The worker can tell me unpleasantly surprised when I asked about the opening hours of the local castle. She could not answer me and recommended me a leaflet on the shelf, which surprised me, because I expected that the information center in Kostelec could know the opening hours of the local castle. But at least she could find a flyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu velmi nepříjemné jednání!!! Ač jsem byla v Íčku jediná zákaznice, tak mne paní neurvale odbyla... to je tak když si otevřou informační centrum, ale otravuje je, když tam chodí lidé :( Výběr suvenýrů taktéž velmi malý..
Really very unpleasant behavior !!! Although I was the only customer in the era, so I missed me madly ... that's when they open an information center, but it annoys them when people go there :( Selection of souvenirs also very small ..
