★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinační hodiny a "klika na tvrdo", telefon nikdo nezvedá... Během dvou dnů obdobná zkušenost. Myslím, že málokdo chodí do zdravotnických zařízení z jiných důvodů, než potřebu ošetření, vyšetření, objednání. Zkrátka a dobře zdravotní pojištění odvádíme neefektivně.
