★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel již první telefonát tak odrazující, že budu hledat jinde, byť to mám nejbliže. Neodrazuje mne čekací doba přes měsíc, ale direktivní tón paní na telefonu. Sdělení, že PO TELEFONU TEDY ROZHODNĚ NEOBJEDNÁVÁME!!! MUSÍTE PŘIJÍT (nemusím nic, prosím používejte vstřícná slova). a sdělení, že čekací doba na TĚLOCVICK je 6 týdnů, kdy je to sděleno tak, že máte pocit, že vlastně Vám doporučuje, abyste šli jinam, na dotaz, že máte na žádance fyzioterapii, jestli tím míní tělocvik, tak opět povýšeně ANO NO TO JE TĚLOCVIK! 6 TÝDNŮ!
Na slušné "děkuji za informace, tak tedy případně přijdu osobně" slyšíte jen prásknutí telefonem. Takové jednání je nepřípustné a dá se očekávát hrozný přístup. Je mi blivno z těchto direktivních povýšených "...." které Vás odpudí hned při hovoru a nemají kapku vlídnosti ani slušného chování rozloučit se a poděkovat. FUJ!
 Unfortunately, the first phone call is so discouraging that I will look elsewhere, even though I have it closest. I am not discouraged by the waiting time of over a month, but by the directive tone of the lady on the phone. The announcement that WE ARE NOT DEFINITELY ORDERING BY PHONE !!! YOU MUST COME (I don't need anything, please use helpful words). and the statement that the waiting time for GYM is 6 weeks, when it is said that you feel that it actually recommends you to go elsewhere, to the question that you have physiotherapy on request, if it means physical training, then again elevated YES NO THIS IS A GYM! 6 WEEKS!
On a decent "thank you for the information, so maybe I'll come in person" you only hear the crack of the phone. Such conduct is unacceptable and a terrible approach can be expected. I'm sick of these exalted directives "...." who will repel you right at the call and don't have a drop of kindness or decency to say goodbye and thank you. YUCK!
