M	Martin Volek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor Veselý ve zdravotním zařízení Medicavera byl velmi nepříjemný už při příchodu do ordinace (dokonce i na sestřičku). Měl jsem žádanku od ortopeda na 6 měsíců rehabilitace 2x týdně. Pan doktor Veselý se mě ptal, co mě trápí, tak jsem mu začal vysvětlovat, že mě několikrát do roka chytá bolest zad v bederní oblasti, že skoro nemohu chodit. To ho nezajímalo a ptal se mě, co mě bolí teď. Tak jsem mu řekl, že zrovna teď bez obtíží. Nato pan doktor složil ruce a řekl, že to teda neví, co se mnou má dělat, když mě nic nebolí. To, že se poměrně velké potíže se objevují nárazově ani jak se projevují ho moc nezajímalo. Doporučil jen sedět s bedry opřenými o opěrku a že mám chodit za nějakou paní, aby mě naučila cvičit. Když jsem trval na tom, že chci péči, kterou mi předepsal ortoped na žádance (2x týdně rehabilitace, masáže atd.) tak mi velmi nepříjemně řekl, že tam nejsem jediný, že na to nemají kapacitu a že jestli se mi to nelíbí, tak že můžu jít jinam. Tak holt půjdu jinam. Nechápu ale, proč na mě byl pan doktor tak nepříjemný už od vstupu do ordinace, a jestli nemají kapacitu mi poskytnout potřebnou péči, tak mi to mají říct na rovinu a především slušně. Pana doktora Karla Veselého a zdravotní zařízení Medicavera tedy velmi NEDOPORUČUJI. Dr. Veselý in Medicavera was very uncomfortable when he came to the office (even a nurse). I had a request from an orthopedist for 6 months of rehabilitation twice a week. Dr. Veselý asked me what was bothering me, so I began to explain that several times a year I had a back pain in the lumbar area that I could hardly walk. He didn't care and asked me what hurt me now. So I told him right now. Then the doctor folded his hands and said he didn't know what to do with me when nothing hurt me. The fact that quite a lot of trouble appears suddenly, or how they manifest not much interested him. He recommended only to sit with the shoulders resting on the armrest and to go to a lady to teach me to practice. When I insisted that I wanted the care that the orthopedist prescribed to me on request (twice a week rehabilitation, massage, etc.) he told me very unpleasantly that I am not the only one there, that they do not have the capacity and that if I don't like it that I can go elsewhere. So I'll go somewhere else. But I do not understand why the doctor has been so uncomfortable to me since entering the office, and if they do not have the capacity to provide me with the necessary care, they should tell me straight and above all politely. Therefore, I do NOT recommend Dr. Karel Veselý and the Medicaver medical facility.
B	Bad Boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neochotná sestra, arogantní chování. Sotva jsem dořekl, o co mi jde, tak mi arogantě řekla: Je to všechno, kvůli čemu voláte? Vytípla mi dnes 23.09.2021 před 11:00 hod. telefon s tím, že tu má práci. Nechápu, jak takoví lidé mohou ještě dnes pracovat ve zdravotnictví. Okamžitě bych ji vyhodil. Very reluctant sister, arrogant behavior. As soon as I said what I was talking about, she told me arrogantly: Is that all you're calling for? She called my phone today on September 23, 2021 before 11:00 am, saying that she has a job here. I do not understand how such people can still work in healthcare today. I would fire her immediately.
