★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prisla jsem s bolesti zad a vyhrezem plotenky. Po kratke dobe, kdy me slecna Adela naucila cviky na uvolneni a hlavne na posileni, bolest zacala ustupovat, po mesici zmizela uplne a netvari se, ze by se chtela vratit. Mohu jen doporucit, uzasny vstricny pristup na recepci i ze strany Adely, ktera umi bajecne naucit a o fyzioterapii a cviceni se aktivne zajima, takze ma prehled o tom, co funguje, a co je pro telo dobre. I kdyz uz me zada neboli, rada se pravidelne vracim:)
I came in with back pain and a hot plate. After a short time, when Miss Adela taught me exercises to relax and especially to strengthen, the pain began to subside, after a month it disappeared completely and does not seem to want to return. I can only recommend the amazing welcoming approach at the reception and by Adela, who is very fond of learning and is actively interested in physiotherapy and exercise, so I have an overview of what works and what is good for the body. Even though I haven't been asked, I like to come back regularly :)
