★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought V-trail 2.0 with the assurance they can be returned if they do not fit, return denied (claiming different sales process should have been applied for the shop to be able to return the money???), took V-Alpha instead, they were unable to return the difference in price, got pairs of useless socks as a compensation, shop assistant raising his voice, not able to contact his boss who could have authorised the return... Give me a break, is this FIVEFINGERS? Never more!
