Od této firmy jsme si jako třída objednali prvně stužky a poté šerpy. Kvalita stužek je dobrá. Ale šerpy to je úplně jiná pohádka: Jako maturitní třída jsme se shodli na barvě stříbrné, bohužel šerpa od šerpy liší fontem dokonce i jinou velikostí písma a občas text není ani uprostřed šerpy. Komunikace s paní na telefonu horší jak horor : ''Však to jsou jen šerpy'' - Ano, ale když už jste přišli o stužkovák atd..., tak aspoň něčím chcete mít vzpomínku a za ty peníze si myslím, že mohli být nejméně 2x lepší. A argument, že to dělají 20 let a nikdo si nestěžoval.... Jako promiňte, ale na telefonní lince Vám paní dělá dobrou reklamu. Měli jsme objednané ještě skleničky, ale po zkušenosti a hovoru s paní jsme objednávku zrušili. Hello, I would like to share with you the "professional" communication and work of this company. But sherpas is a completely different fairy tale: As a graduation class, we agreed on the color silver, unfortunately the sherpa differs from the sherpa in font even by a different font size, and sometimes the text is not even in the middle of the sherpa. Od této firmy jsme si objednali prvně stužky a poté šerpy. Začnu od stužek: stužky se během prvního týdne začali rozlepovat od sebe (z 30 se jich po prvním měsíci rozlepilo cca 10). Šerpy: Vybrali jsme si barvu šerpy stříbrnou- nikomu ji nedoporučuji(materiál nic moc a barva také), text a jména natisknutá jiným písmem, jinou velikostí písma a text občas mimo střed šerpy. Komunikace s paní na telefonu horší jak horor : ''Však to jsou jen šerpy'' - Ano, ale když už jste přišli o stužkovák atd..., tak aspoň něčím chcete mít vzpomínku a za ty peníze si myslím, že mohli být nejméně 2x lepší. Vím jak to na telefonních linkách chodí, tak když už víte, že jste něco pokazili, tak se aspoň omluvím a sanžím se jednat a problém vyřešit. - Měli jsme objednané i skleničky- po zkušenosti a hovoru s paní jsme je zrušili.
