На лазерных установках вырезаются заданных размеров заготовки, потом гнутся на компьютеризированных прессах до нужных углов. Затем из этих заготовок сваривают изделия, зачищают, окрашивают.
Используют полуавтоматическую сварку MIG/MAG и TIG.
Окраска порошковая.
Качество конечных изделий на высоком уровне.

On laser machines, workpieces are cut to specified dimensions, then bend on computerized presses to the required angles. Then, products are welded from these blanks, cleaned, painted.
Uses semi-automatic MIG / MAG and TIG welding.
Powder painting.
The quality of the end products is at a high level.
