★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jestli chce Relay zvýšit tržby v této prodejně, tak ať najme nekuřáky. Paní která měla službu 28.7. v 11:00 měla zavřeno a věnovala se cigaretě a rozhovoru s kamarádkou. Mezitím odešlo minimálně 5 lidi včetně nás V jiných městech Relay celkem funguje tak nevím proč ne v Ústí .
If Relay wants to increase sales in this store, let them hire non-smokers. The lady who had the service 28.7. at 11:00 she was closed and engaged in a cigarette and talking to a friend. In the meantime, at least 5 people left, including us. In other cities, Relay works in total, so I don't know why not in Ústí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pravidelné zde nakupuji jízdenky na MHD či pití do vlaku. Nemám co vytýkat, obsluha vždy přívětivá :) Dnes jsem byl svědkem, kdy prodavačka popisovala staré paní, jakými spoji se dostane na Severní Terasu.
I regularly buy public transport tickets or drinks on the train here. I have nothing to blame, the staff is always friendly :) Today I witnessed when the saleswoman described to the old lady what connections she would get to the North Terrace.
