★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem v obchodě koupit známé losy. Byly tam 2 paní, jedna blondýna druhá černovláska. Paní s blonďatými vlasy jsem řekla že chci losy za 50kč, jestli by mi ukázala, který to jsou, protože já sama nevím. Byla nepříjemná a řekla: “To jako mám vytáhnout všechny jo? To si děláte srandu?”
Pak mi vytáhla tak 4 druhy a když jsem jí řekla, že si chci vybrat, tak zase kroutila očima, nadávala a ještě mi říká ať dělám. Tohle je neslušnost a tato ženská by neměla co dělat tam.
I was in a store to buy famous lottery tickets. There were 2 ladies, one blonde the other brunette. The lady with the blond hair I said that I wanted tickets for 50 CZK, if she would show me who they are, because I don't know myself. She was uncomfortable and said, “It's like pulling them all out, right? Are you kidding? ”
Then she pulled out 4 species and when I told her I wanted to choose, she rolled her eyes again, cursed and still told me to do it. This is indecency, and this woman would have nothing to do there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašně nepříjemný personál a místo toho, aby člověku pomohli, ho jen pošlou do háje a tváří se, že plýtvám jejich časem. Pokud neumí normálně vycházet s lidmi, ať nepracují v prodejně, kde to je potřeba. Nehodlám si nadávat od obyčejné prodavačky v trafice.
Terribly unpleasant staff and instead of helping a person, they just send him to hell and pretend I'm wasting their time. If they can't get along normally with people, don't work in the store where it's needed. I'm not going to swear at an ordinary saleswoman in a newsagent's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice arogantní obsluha, dvě mladší dámy, žádný proklientský přístup. Pracovní doba od 5,30h neplatí pro všechny poskytované služby. Např. dne 8.2.2022 mě obsluha v 8,40h suše oznámila, že zásilky Zásilkovny přijímají od 9h a přitom byla prodejna volná, bez klientů ... doporučuji se prodejnímu místu/obchodu obloukem vyhnout, zřejmě nechtějí a nezaslouží si Vaše peníze.
Very arrogant staff, two younger ladies, no pro-client approach. Working hours from 5.30 am do not apply to all services provided. E.g. on 8.2.2022 the staff at 8.40h informed me dryly that the Shipments received consignments from 9 am and the store was free, without clients ... I recommend avoiding the point of sale / store by arc, they probably do not want and do not deserve your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, have to agree with the reviews mentioned below - very arrogant & unpleasant stuff. In my case, there was an older blonde woman with glasses with some kind of Russian accent. She had some weird & arrogant comments while me buying a newspaper. Next time, I rather go to a store nearby where they treat customer better. Never again, plz avoid this Relay point at Smichov Railway Station.
