I want first to apologize here for asking such a question in a light studio shop but also I would like to take the opportunity to leave this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are they trying to sell something at all? I’ve spent 30 min in the shop. I wanted to buy some 4-5 lamps to my apartment and I was totally ignored. The same as other customers in the shop with me. They have great selection of lamps, a lot of staff (some 8 people there), but ZERO desire to sell. I wonder what kind of person owns this place, reads the same comments from many potential customers and does nothing?? Why would you ruin your business like that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only bought a room lamp here, so I don't know about the truth of the reputation of bad customer service. I just found a lamp that I liked straight away and told the staff "I'll buy this”.
The lamp is of a good design and fits well in an ordinary room, in this respect I would give it 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three floors of lamps. Amazing selection, great design. If you have taste, there is no other B&M shop in Czech Republic at the moment.
It's like a light in the kingdom of darkness, if you compare to other local shops.
People complaining about no service, I disagree, if you need assistance you get it.
Location is a disadvantage for me, I need my car when I buy 20 lamps and there is no parking nearby.
