K	Kristina Uhrinova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto priserna zkusenost. Po vstupu do tohoto kadernictvi jsme s mamou pozdravily, jako kazdy slusny clovek. Bohuzel zadne odpovedi se nam nedostalo. Po 2-3 minutach si nas konecne nekdo vsiml. Kdyz jsme se zeptaly, jestli zastrihuji konecky na sucho, jedna z kadernic na nas agresivne vystekla, ze NE. Zadne odduvodneni, zadna omluva, jako by toto chovani v tomto salonu bylo bezne. Pri odchodu opet zadny pozdrav. Nechtela bych videt jejich sluzby, kdyz neznaji ani zaklady slusneho chovani! Absolutely priserna experience. Upon entering this hairdresser, my mom and I greeted everyone like a nice man. Unfortunately, we have no response. After 2-3 minutes someone finally noticed. When we asked if I cut the hair dry, one of the hairdressers was aggressively saying that NO. No justification, no excuse, as if this behavior in this salon was common. When leaving again no greeting. I wouldn't want to see their services when they don't even know the basics of affectionate behavior!
N	Nikola Řepová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už podruhé jsem byla na zkrácení konečků u sympatické slečny Jany. Naprostá spokojenost. Když řeknu konečky, mám ostříhané pouze konečky a ne polovinu délky vlasů. Pri myti mi pan kadernik ukazal, ja se musi citit muj mop na vytirani, ale ani pak jsem jeste neodesla, VELKA CHYBA. Kadernik si strkal spony do pusy, pri foukani se neobtezoval najit pesinku a nechal vlasy odvat smerem, ktere si zvolily. Nasledne chtel nerovne prebytky proste ustrihnout, cehiz jsem si nastesti vsimla a odmitla to. Po foukani mi zustaly vlasy kolem usi zkroucene. Asi nepochopil, co chci ostrihat, coz se stat muze, ale zvolil variantu absolutne nevhodnou pro me velmi huste vlasy, takze mam ted na hlave helmu a mirim do sveho stareho kadernictvi na druhem konci Prahy. Trvalo mi dlouho, než jsem našla kadeřnictví, kde mě ostříhají tak, jak chci a jak mi to sluší a proto sem chodím už několik let. Vždy jsem se setkala s profesionálním a milým přístupem. Paní kadeřnice stříhají dobře a rychle, jen pan kadeřník na mě nepůsobí nejlíp - stříhá pomalu a má divné průpovídky, proto raději chodím jen k dámám. Na ty si ale nemohu stěžovat, už mne stříhala snad každá a bez výjimky skvěle! I am always fully satisfied with cutting.
