Ž	Žanda Kočišová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měsíc předem jsme si zamluvili a zaplatili 4 elektrokola. Při vyzvedávání kol v mikulovské půjčovně nás hned zarazila reakce pána “tak toho jsem se obával”. Nejspíš špatně spočítal kola a půjčil jich více, než jich ve skutečnosti má. Jedno z kol bylo tedy fatbike, o které jsme nežádali, bohužel nebylo v pořádku a celou cestu rachtalo. Kola byla špinavá a helmy ještě vlhké od potu. Poté nás upozornil, že máme vrátit kola mezi 17-18 hodinou. Když jsme tedy dorazili v 18:01, tak pán řekl, že jdeme pozdě, a že ho vůbec nezajímá, co je na webových stránkách, kde je jasně uvedené, že kola se mají vrátit do 19:00. We booked a month in advance and paid for 4 e-bikes. When picking up the bikes at the Mikulov rental shop, we were immediately stopped by the reaction of Mr. "that's what I was afraid of". He probably miscalculated the bikes and lent them more than he actually had. So one of the bikes was a fatbike, which we didn't ask for, unfortunately it wasn't right and it was going all the way. The wheels were dirty and the helmets still wet from sweat. He then warned us to return the bikes between 5pm and 6pm. So when we arrived at 18:01, the gentleman said that we were late and that he was not at all interested in what was on the website, where it was clearly stated that the bikes should be returned by 19:00.

Byli jsme se dnes podívat na vydejni místo, kde jsme mysleli, ze si můžeme vyzvednout kola, ale jen jsme se dozvěděli, ze kola už nevydavaji. Tuto firmu už bych nezvolila, zbytečný stres. Very bad approach, the reservation was sent, without any response. Today we went to see the place where we thought we could pick up the bikes, but we only learned that I wouldn't be picking the bikes anymore. I would not choose this company again, unnecessary stress.

Rozhodně doporučuji a věřím, že jejich služby rád využiji i v budoucnu, bude-li příležitost :) Maximum satisfaction! Great approach of the staff, the gentleman was nice, helpful, advised, adjusted ... the bike was in perfect condition. I definitely recommend and believe that I will be happy to use their services in the future, if there is an opportunity :)
