Dle informace odpovědné osoby je otevírací doba celou dobu od 8:00 a dle informací se jedná o chybu systému, kterou samozřejmě provozovatel portálu Reservatic popírá, že je vše v režii správců. Na dotazy, zda po vyplnění údajů poskytují údaje daným odběrovým místům ve strojově čitelné podobě nereaguje - protože je minimálně zarážející, že všechny citlivé údaje je nutné vyplnit 2x a to na portále Reservatic, tak na jednotný formulář na daném odběrovém místě. To nemáte testera, který hodnotí uživatelský komfort, zpětné reakce uživatelů za ty 2 roky? O co mi jde je, člověk se zaregistruje, čeká na pin2 k rezervaci termínu, který uživatel neobdrží ihned, ale např. jako já druhý den po registraci, tak se znovu vrátí do systému a udělá-li tu chybu, že začne opět od začátku (intuitivně - žádné upozornění, pokud již registrace, tak pokračujte rezervace zde - ano je to tam, ale úplně mimo), tedy uvede telefonní číslo a RČ, zruší si 1. registraci a udělá si novou, a musí čekat na nový pin2. Systém neumí upozornit uživatele dle tel číslo, RČ, data, že už (alespoň asi) proběhla registrace a že by měl pokračovat krokem rezervace. Jo a dovolat se tam, ani náhodou, jo a baví mne kde firma sídlí, a jaké firmy tam sídlí s ní, a jednatel fotograf (sorry vývojář) a plastický chirurg))), mladí kluci z oboru, co dostali příležitost))). The system cannot notify the user according to the phone number, registration number, date that the registration has already taken place (at least probably) and that it should continue with the booking step. Oh and call there, not by any chance, yeah and I enjoy where the company is based, and what companies are based there with it, and the executive photographer (sorry developer) and plastic surgeon))), young guys from the field who got the opportunity))) .

A ejhle, ona tam fakt není, ale když se chci rezervovat znovu, tak to hlásí, že již jednu mám. Příšerné! A za tohle stát vyhodil miliony. Čistý programátorský amatérismus.
