Everything was very clean and still so new, very stylishly furnished and we were able to enjoy our stay very much :)

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
es ist eine riesen große Frechheit mich mit solchen Anschuldigungen zu konfrontieren. Dann auch noch mit der Polizei zu drohen. Das gibt eine schlechte Bewertung!!!
Ich habe im Vorfeld mit der Kreditkarte meines Vaters bezahlt. Bisher haben sie lediglich die Karte nicht belastet. Sobald ich Zuhause bin prüfe ich den Vorgang.
Sollte irgendwas schief gelaufen sein dann liegt es nicht an mir! Daher bin ich zurecht sauer über diese Anmaßung. Ich habe mich genau an die Abwicklung gehalten. Ist der Fehler bei ihnen oder bei dritten (Kreditinstitut) zu finden, wovon ich ausgehe, tätige ich selbstverständlich die Überweisung für die erhalten Leistungen.
Sie hingegen sollten für die Zukunft mal ernsthaft überlegen ob diese Herangehensweise gegenüber seinen Gästen so richtig ist. Denn nicht jeder Fehler ist bei den Gästen zu suchen.
Desweiteren war die Sauna angeblich erst belegt und zufällig nächsten Tag kaputt. Kaum glaubwürdig. Außerdem sollten wir für die Nutzung einer Couch bezahlen. Frechheit! Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
My message to the Iron Cube residence (I think that says it all)
Ladies and gentlemen,
It is a huge cheek to confront myself with such accusations. Then threatening to call the police. This gives a bad rating!!!
I paid in advance with my father's credit card. So far they just haven't charged the card. As soon as I get home I'll check the process.
If something went wrong, it's not my fault! So I'm rightly angry about this presumption. I followed the procedure exactly. If the error can be found with you or with a third party (credit institution), which I assume, I will of course make the transfer for the services received.
You, on the other hand, should seriously consider whether this approach to your guests is the right one for the future. Because not every mistake is to be found with the guests.
Furthermore, the sauna was supposedly only occupied and accidentally broken the next day. Hardly believable. Also, we should pay to use a couch. cheek! Not recommended.

V spálni bola obrovská pohodlná posteľ. Kúpeľňa mala veľký sprchový kút. Kuchyňa mala všetko potrebné vybavenie.
Bol to nádherný pobyt!
Wonderful residence, everything brand new, beautiful, clean.
There was a huge comfortable bed in the bedroom. The bathroom had a large shower. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment.
It was a wonderful stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent amazing 3 nights in Iron Cube residence. It offers nicely decorated apartments in the centre of Karlovy Vary. Secure Parking was not a problem and arranged by the apartment owner for a small fee.
Thermal hotel that offers outdoor thermal spa can be reached by short walk.
We loved our stay and will come back.
