Die Frau im Empfang spricht nur Tschechisch und kein Wort Englisch, nicht mal Guten Tag, Zahlen und Tschüss kann sie nur auf Tschechisch. Das Badezimme ist dreckig, es hat keinen Lift (5. Stock mit Koffer), weil die Zimmer im obersten Stock sind, ist sehr unangenehm warm. The hotel is near the center which is the only possitive. The woman in reception speaks only Czech and not a word of English, not even good day, numbers and goodbye she can only in Czech. The bathroom is dirty, it has no lift (5th floor with suitcase), because the rooms are on the top floor, is very uncomfortably warm.

Na recepci bývají příjemní. - Chybí místnost pro kola, kterou na webových st. uvádějí, že jí poskytují. - Při studentském ubytování na rok není prakticky možné od smlouvy dříve odstoupit. Jediná možnost je najít ze sebe náhradu, která se hledá uprostřed studií obtížně. - Co nás nejvíce zklamalo bylo období epidemie koronaviru, kdy byly školy zavřené a koleje jsme za celý semestr nevyužili. V tomto období nebylo vůbec možné se domluvit na jakémkoliv sníženém nájmu ani co se týče slevy na energiích, které jsme v tomto období nespotřebovali (a při tom, jiné koleje tyto úlevy poskytovaly). V tomto směru byl majitel kolejí nekompromisní a odmítl dělat jakékoliv ústupky. + Overall accommodation is good, rooms clean and new. There is an elevator in the building. They are usually pleasant at the reception. - Missing room for bicycles, which on the web st. they state that they provide it. - With student accommodation for a year, it is practically impossible to withdraw from the contract earlier. The only way is to find a replacement that is difficult to find in the middle of studies. - What disappointed us the most was the period of the coronavirus epidemic, when schools were closed and we did not use the dormitories for the whole semester. During this period, it was not at all possible to agree on any reduced rent, even in terms of a discount on energy, which we did not consume during this period (and at the same time, other dormitories provided these discounts). The dormitory owner was uncompromising in this regard and refused to make any concessions.
K	Karin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokoje celkem malé, vybavení jenom základní + lednice a varná deska, přes covid situaci, žádná úleva na nájmu, možnost odstoupení od smlouvy dříve než je stanovený termín, pouze s náhradou, parkování uvnitř areálu a venku placené, pro studenty bych nedoporučovala. Rooms quite small, equipment only basic + fridge and hob, despite the covid situation, no relief on rent, the possibility of withdrawing from the contract earlier than the deadline, only with compensation, parking inside and outside paid, I would not recommend for students.
O	Olga Fadejeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome for the price you pay. Great shower and kitchen with utensils. The only downside is that not all staff members speak English, otherwise all was perfect.
