★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had! Staff was terribly unfriendly, especialy the receptionist and the staff in the restaurant! Also pictures look much better than the reality! I do not recommed, we will not come back for sure. Very poor quality of services and facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice wellness area and restaurant. Hotel is in a quiet area but still in a walking distance to town center. What can be improved - quite insufficient number of parking places for hotel guests, bathroom space and quality of equipment is also not very good for 4* facility. Don't try to call reception - no answer after 7-10 attempts, answering only emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely can not recommend this hotel! bad customer service and unfriendly, inflexible communication.
Questions only be answered if at all only after repeated inquiries!
Due to a booking error I had to cancel my reservation and asked for an agreement regarding the payment I made.
Nothing!
The reaction came only days later and then rejected rude and implausible with no further explanation.
So does customer service definitely not work!
Who wants to spend his money wisely, seeks better for another accommodation with usual quality standards!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and comfortable rooms, nice location on the edge of Harrachov but walking distance to the ski lift. Restaurant patchy. Terrible in August 2014 but excellent February 2015. Breakfast, however, consistently good. Great for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks bigger in the photos, it was very small, and the massage was the worst!! It doesn't 't worth the money!
The food was great and tasty and the room was large. The hotel is not in the center.
And the cleaning services didn't do their job very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accomodation (room) was nice and modern. Breakfast buffet is also fine, including sparklig wine. Dinner menu was average, it did not meet our expectations of 4 star hotel. Spa and wellnes were beautiful and I recommend also message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room. Pleasant service in reception and restaurant. Very nice breakfast. Not good Pizza in restaurant. I liked the sauna the kids loved the pool. Location is quiet and still close to all attractions nearby. They offer free bikes. Parking for extra fee close to hotel.
