Na jedné straně poskytuje firma příspěvek na bydlení seniorům a na straně druhé fungující pravidlo chceš-tak si to musíš zasloužit, což v případě seniorů není moc na místě. Je to chyba systému a měla by se odstranit. For ethical and social reasons, waiting for seniors in three-hour queues seems unworthy to me. T	Tulak Gameplay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem velmi nespokojen s touto realitní agenturou. Důvod: " Byl jsem v Květnu 2021s realitní makléřkou na prohlídce 4 bytů. Následně jsem si jeden vybral a měl jsem se do bytů navštěvovat 20.6.2021. Jenže 15.6. 2021 mi volala realitní makléřka, že byt není připraven pro nastěhování a datům mého nastěhování je 26.7.2021. Byl jsem nucen čekat. 18.7. jsem si vše již převedl na danou adresu a sehnal nábytek, jenže mi 20.7. znovu zavolá realitní makléřka, že byt není připraven a datům nastěhování a 27.8. ? Takže jsem oběhal všechny instituce a čekal. No a dnes mi realitní makléřka znovu zavolála, že byt stále není připraven a nastěhovat se mohu 30.9.2021. Myslel jsem, že úkolem realitního makléře je provést zájemce bytem, vybrat peníze od zájemce, sestavit nájemní smlouvu, nechat jí podepsat od občana České republiky a dát mu klíče. Asi realitní agentuře nejde o přidělení bytu ale o to zájemce nejvíce v napětí a byty nepřidělovat. Nevím co to tam máte za realitní makléře ale o bydlení u vás už nemám zájem. Fakt díky!! ?? Paní naproti, vyhověno a dostala novou vanu se skleněnými dveřmi, aby mohla se normálně umýt, bez problémů a hlavně vstoupit. Druhým, manželům, se podařilo vyměnit byt, protože Paní už nemohla do schodů, 5 patro bez výtahu. Za mě Super. For Residoma, nothing much. But the new owner of Heimstaden is better. I hear, especially from the neighbors. The lady opposite, satisfied, and received a new tub with a glass door so that she could wash normally, without problems, and most importantly enter. The other, the couple, managed to exchange the apartment, because the lady could no longer go up the stairs, 5th floor without an elevator. Great for me.
