J	Jan Vojtěchovský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostředí hezké, vlastně fakt hezké místo při výletu na kole. Každopádně ke službě v rámci restaurace. Tak číšník byl roztomilý, hned z fleku řekl, že ryby mají mražené. Objednali jsme si 4 jídla a 1 hodinu a 15 minut čekali. Já osobně si dal panenku s Tagliatelle, zakysanou smetanou a špenátem. Jediné co na tom bylo dobré a dávalo smysl, byla panenka. Špenát byl mražený, těstoviny z Kauflandu a ta zakysaná smetana, ta se vůbec k tomu jídlu nehodila. Na jídlo bych šel jinam. A je škoda, že se tohle pořád v České gastronomii děje. Přitom by stačilo, aby vařili jídla, která kuchyně umí uvařit. Nice environment, actually a really nice place for a bike trip. Anyway, to serve within the restaurant. So the waiter was cute, he immediately said from the stain that the fish were frozen. We ordered 4 meals and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. I personally had a doll with Tagliatelle, sour cream and spinach. The only thing that was good and meaningful was the doll. The spinach was frozen, the Kaufland pasta, and the sour cream, which wasn't good for the meal at all. I would go elsewhere for food. And it is a pity that this is still happening in Czech gastronomy. At the same time, it would be enough for them to cook dishes that the kitchen can cook.
V	Vladimír Švec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zastavili sme sa na večeru. Polievka stará skazená nejedlá. Losos utopeny v citrónovej šťave a soli cez ktoru nebolo cítiť chuť ryby. Jedna hviezdička len preto aby som to sem mohol napísať inak by som nedal žiadnu. Pán čašník Erik sa snažil zachrániť renomé reštaurácie a vďaka nemu som tu večeru zaplatil, namiesto toho aby nas odškodnili za konzumáciu nepodarených pokusov o varenie. PS: kuchárka v teplákoch a mikine a vývar "čerstvý" niekoľkodňový z mrazáku po ohriati spevnený zapáchajúci. Bolo to nesprávne odbočenie? Alebo skrytá kamera? We stopped for dinner. Soup old spoiled inedible. Salmon drowned in lemon juice and salt through which did not smell the fish. One star just so I could write it here otherwise I wouldn't give any. Waiter Erik tried to save the restaurant's reputation, and thanks to him, I paid for the dinner instead of compensating us for consuming unsuccessful cooking attempts. PS: cook in sweatpants and sweatshirts and broth "fresh" several days from the freezer after heating solid smelly. Was it a wrong turn? Or a hidden camera?

Přišli jsme, že zkusíme nějaké jídlo, po příchodu číšníka s otázkou "Co si dáte na pití?" kofolu točenou velkou prosím.. číšník vyhrkl "coo?" (no ty vole :D ) už tohle vás odradí od všeho, co třeba slovo prosím? co jste říkal? ??‍♀️ A to ještě není pravá kofola a ani to neřekne ??‍♀️ Dostali jsme jídelní lístek a odešel za bar, po příchodu po pár minutách říká "řeknu vám jaké máme jídla" ( to jako z těch pěti jídel v jídelním lístku ještě půlku nemáte? jsme si říkali ) tak jsem odvětila jen, že nemáme zájem jíst. Katastrofa! Buď najměte normální lidi nebo to rovnou zavřete, to je děs. ??‍♀️? Like a disaster, we were one and the last. Such a nice environment and so it destroys employees! We came to try some food, after the waiter arrived with the question "What will you have to drink?" kofola tapped big please .. the waiter blurted out "coo?" (well, man: D) will this discourage you from doing everything you need? what did you say ??‍♀️ And it's not real kofola yet and he won't even say it ??‍♀️ We got a menu and he left the bar, after arriving after a few minutes he says "I'll tell you what kind of food we have" (like you don't have half of the five dishes on the menu yet? We thought) so I just replied that we weren't interested in eating. Catastrophe! Either hire normal people or close it right away, that's awful. ??‍♀️?
E	Ester Kubenková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S rodinou jsme se vydali na pozdější oběd, v restauraci jsme byli sami (bylo něco kolem 15h). Personál se staral více o kouření než o zákazníky a pořádek v restauraci - špinavé a polité stoly. Jídlo také žádná sláva, měli jsme hovězí vývar a česnečku - polévky byly studené, ve vývaru plavala šunka, v česnečce celer. Servírka nebyla schopná donést tři malé kofoly a pivo naráz a nepolít přitom stůl. Neřešila bych to v případě, že by se jednalo o nějakou turistickou chatu, ale tohle je restaurace, která má v názvu resort. Pokud provozní nezmění příštup, tak tohle je cesta do záhuby. My family and I went for a later lunch, we were alone in the restaurant (it was around 3 pm). The staff cared more about smoking than the customers and the order in the restaurant - dirty and spilled tables. Food also no glory, we had beef broth and garlic - the soups were cold, ham in the broth, in the garlic celery. The waitress was unable to bring three small kofola and beer at the same time without pouring on the table. I wouldn't solve it if it was a tourist cottage, but this is a restaurant that has a resort in its name. Unless the operator changes the approach, then this is the way to perdition.

E	Eva Rudolfová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, cozy rooms, nice wellness but their organisation is not the best and the restaurant probably lacks a (good) cook so eating (in the whole area) is a problem. Breakfast is good but you can't get a proper coffee until ten. The wine makers in the area are great though.
