Resort Uko - 300

Really great for kids but overall nothing special. Food in the restaurant is bellow average, you better eat somewhere else but the breakfast is quite rich. Wellness is quite good, nice sauna up to 90C. Very noisy at night during weekends - groups drinking until late night. Some staff was tired and not so friendly but overall the staff was nice. Our room was very clean but it was very small one even though we were 2 adults and 2 kids. Not a big deal though.

Excellent service, customer oriented. Great meal, welness and Joga lessons.

Family friendly resort, nice and patient waiterses. They also have a nice playground for kids and babies.

Great place to spend time with your children. Almost everything tuned to its detail. Kids got fully entertained, adults as well:)

We've just returned from UKO Resort where we arranged our Art & Wellness retreat. Our group of almost 30 participants including families with children spent here one week in July. UKO is a very nice place! Beautiful nature and cozy atmosphere. Everything is made with care and love. The space is designed with attention to small details that makes you feel like at home. People who work here are very friendly and warmhearted. All our questions and issues were immediately solved with respect and smile. The food were delicious with variety of choices for vegetarians. Absolutely amazing yoga studio where we had our classes. We've enjoyed every day spent here, and of course the lovely wellness. :) Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Can only write about the restaurant and bowling. Food and service were very good. A little high priced in my opinion. Bowling is not very good and you would be better off going elsewhere. The lanes are not level and in fact the whole thing looks like it was put together following instructions from Ikea.

Uko was a fantastic stay. Service and staff was very good, always greeted with a friendly smile. Very supportive of families with young children which suited us well with play areas in the restaurant to entertain kids. The rooms were in very good condition, clean, well maintained and a secure area for ski equipment. The location is perfect, 500m walking distance from ski slopes and easy access to the whole village. Easy walking distance throughout the village to other establishments, all of which were great. The yoga studio location is unique, with large windows opening directly onto a flowing stream, providing a peaceful environment. Additional kids activities were provided, including a workshop and kids yoga session, both of which went down very well with the kids. Great stay for families and those looking for a beautiful location in the Czech Mountains. Only reason have 4 stars and not 5 was the food. We had dinner and breakfast included. Generally our dinners were not great, felt food was coming from a school canteen. Despite the high price, little variety with repeating similar desert cake every night for a week. This was disappointing.
