P	Pavel Fordik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis pro běžnou údržbu, ale umí si poradit i s velkými závadami. Mohu jen doporučit, více na jejich stránkách. Service for routine maintenance, but can handle even major defects. I can only recommend, more on their site.
O	Ondřej Holub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě nejhorší zkušenost s autoservisem, na kterou nikdy nezapomenu. Do servisu bylo dáno dne 20.9.2017 vozidlo VW Golf na opravu startéru a neznáme závady - velký bílý kouř za jizdy. Startér byl vyměněn obratem a hned vyúčtován jako samostatná zakázka ( za tuto akci bych dal samo o sobě 5 hvězd, bez problému).. Pak to začalo. Diagnostika,rozebrání motoru a pátrání po závadě probíhalo cca měsíc mezitím vyměněna vackova hřídel, čímž se závada nevyresila. Požadovaná úhrada výměny vačky, pak se bude pokračovat...?... Uběhl další měsíc, ( listopad) mezitím diagnostika vstriku, pregumickovani. Tím závada také nebyla, ale pravděpodobně to bude špatná hlava, proto bude poslána na repas. Požadovaná opět úhrada za vstriky a záloha na repas hlavy, auto stále neopraveno, v servisu už zaplaceno přes 10 tisíc. Po několika marnych návštěvách servisu a telefonatech hlava v lednu přišla a auto údajně ok. Celková cena za opravu vozu 33000,-... Při vyzvedávání vozu z nedostatku mého času v únoru že servisu auto kouří stále stejně... Reakce servisu je údajně špatné turbo, ale dřív než v březnu se na tom nezačne... Rozpálen do bela opouští už servis. O odřeném nárazníku a plesnivem interiéru, protože auto stalo s pootervemym oknem celou dobu nebudu ani mluvit. Veškerá debata a reklamace naprosto zbytečná a k ničemu. Vůz následně prodán na náhradní díly, kvůli ztrátě zájmu díky nekvalitnimu servisu RESTART. ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI. For me the worst experience with a car service, which I will never forget. The service was put on 20.9.2017 vehicle VW Golf starter repair and unknown defects - large white smoke while driving. The starter was replaced immediately and billed as a separate order (for this event I would give myself 5 stars, no problem) .. Then it started. The diagnosis, engine disassembly and the search for the defect was carried out for about a month in the meantime the camshaft was replaced, which did not resolve the defect. Required cam replacement, then will continue ...? ... Another month passed, (November) meanwhile, injection diagnostics, preguming. It was not a defect, but it will probably be a bad head, so it will be sent to repas. Required reimbursement for injections and deposit for the overhaul of the head, the car still not repaired, in the service already paid over 10 thousand. After several futile service visits and phone calls in January head came and the car reportedly ok. Total price for car repair 33000, -... When picking up the car due to lack of my time in February that the service car smokes the same ... The reaction of the service is reportedly a bad turbo, but before March in it will not start ... Hot to bela leaves the service already. About the bumped bumper and moldy interior, because the car happened to pootervemym window all the time I will not even talk. All debate and complaints absolutely unnecessary and useless. The car was subsequently sold for spare parts due to loss of interest due to poor quality RESTART service. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Auto me bohuzel nechalo v centru Prahy, po telefonickem hovoru pro me panove ze servisu prijeli odtahovym vozidlem a vse jiz zaridili a vyridili. Ocenuji jejich vstricnost a casovou flexibilitu, coz je pro me velice dulezite . Restart servis mohu s klidem doporucit. All communication and the resulting work was in perfect order. Unfortunately, the car left me in the center of Prague, after a telephone call for my gentlemen from the service arrived by tow truck and everything was already arranged and disposed of. I appreciate their helpfulness and time flexibility, which is very important for me. Restart service I can calmly recommend.
