Accommodation does not match the price. The TV in the room is without a remote control, so it cannot be turned on. Absence of wi-fi. The TV stands on the board, which is placed on the refrigerator. Shower without curtain. Restaurant service slow. Ordered breakfast delivered to the table after 50 min. Drinking as well. Breakfast for two 300.-CZK which is enough. Definitely the quality of services and equipment does not correspond to the required price. Definitely never again.

My family and I came to the game feast and left with a bitter aftertaste. Most of the food was fine (though slightly unsalted), but the approach of the staff and Mr. "boss" has a lot of room for improvement. From the moment we were halfway through the appetizer, they started carrying main meals. Noting that we hadn't finished yet, the young lady just shrugged and carried the plates back. A minute will come with a plate colleague "you'll have it cold". We repeated that we were still eating. Then they brought us half-hot main courses, they just forgot about the cutlery we had to remember. Unfortunately, the boar stew was bitter (probably burnt pepper). While trying to communicate with the waiter, we learned that "it's game and what do you want from me !?". We left the goulash and Mr. "boss" came to our table in person and claimed that the goulash is not bitter, that he cooked it himself, no one complained and "we should have our taste examined". At the same time, he raised his voice, jumped in, and sincerely showed no interest in listening to customer feedback. In the end, they did not charge for the goulash, however, the taste remains and we regret that the good-looking restaurant does not know the principles of modern gastronomy, customer service and decent behavior.

Absolute disaster, the food offered are mostly semi-finished products .. waiting time for "food" 1 hour. I recommend avoiding the arc.

The only advice not to take. "The staff does not know what is on the menu. Very inflated prices for what you then have on your plate. The only positives without words warmed the cold food.

"Food" is a complete disaster. We ordered fried cottage cheese with french fries. The fact that the cottage cheese is made of semi-finished products, we kind of calculated that we didn't expect it to be cold inside. We brought the food to the staff, expecting them to bring us newly fried cottage cheese. The cottage cheese brought the same ones we cut before, they just threw them back in the fryer or maybe just in the microwave. The photo is from the second batch. Unfortunately, we did not take pictures of the first complete unfinished. Absolute shock and misunderstanding today. I don't want to see the other food. We didn't want to argue in front of the guests. My girlfriend finished the meal, but after I found some extra hair in the meal, it was enough for me. The price of the meal was 195 CZK. Next time we avoid food. Definitely not recommended! Maximum beer.
