After today, I can't give more than two stars for the price / portion and taste of the dish. I've been here three times and the same problem each time, namely the lobby service. For the first time, I will order a castle chateau pizza and bring another one, and they still say: "this was your order". The second time I'll go with half, they're both quite hungry .. they brought the food, but Plum's steak me and in half 35 minutes my pizza to half. During that time, she had to watch me eat so I wouldn't get cold. The third time our table was full and I ordered two identical pizzas, one for the table and one for the little one to take home. After previous experience, I said everything clearly and still watched the staff write everything on the ticket. I say good will be calm. They brought food for the whole table and I'm waiting so I thought probably the pizza didn't fit in the oven I would wait, then I ate and I still got nothing. So I called and I was told that my packaged pizza was waiting for me to pay and with my reminder that I wanted two, which swayed the whole table, they told me that I only wanted one and pack. In the end, there was pizza with extra mushrooms, but I just smiled at it. I don't know what people do here, but when I just come here to work, I do the job properly or not at all. A lot of dementia. I note that everything took place every time from barely half the restaurant was full.
