I have taken my fiancé and friends to enjoy a lovely dinner in this restaurant, but we have been highly disapointed. After ordering the pizza from the menu we have received oversalted, underbaked bread with dipps - even though we knew that the bread was complimentary we felt that we should mention this to the bar staf. The waitress seemd angry that we have complained and have taken the bread with unfriendly maner. The main course pizza which we have ordered to share between three of us as we weren´t hungry was OK for the price. We were supriced when we have received the receipt which was showing 2 x kuver charge. As per the menu provided to the customer it says "Kuver 15,- is charged to every main dish". I was disapointed when I saw that they are trying to charge us 2 times instead of one. I have mentioned this straingt to the waiter and he said that this charge is for using the dishes. I have paid the full price, but was still angry and after I have checked the menu again I have brought the menu to the waiter and wanted furter explanation. He was very unfrendly and said that this is how his manager wants him to charge the guests - so I have suggested him to pass this complaint onto the manager as he is misleading his customer having the forse statements on the menu. I would not recomend this restaurant unless the customer relationship would change.

J	Jakub Beran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience. Food was late, overcooked and not tasty, at all. On top of that, the food was expensive and you are charged additional money for something you do not get. Staff not friendly. One recommendation: avoid this restaurant!
D	David Klement on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little pricey, reasonably fair-to-deal-with staff, good beer, draught alcohol-free beer (Krušovice), awesome pizza. However, they don't accept payment cards no more - with their prices, that's a star down.
R	RYM Lopez Rangel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A restaurant with decent food and good amenities but very unwilling staff, careless and rude. On top of that: YOU CAN'T PAY WITH CARD!!! Not worth the visit. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend at all.
R	Reinaldo Lopez Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROS: - Food is good, - The place itself has a nice view of the dam, - Has a nice kid corner inside, - Outside is also good for kids with those inflatable castles and so on CONS: - Not possible to pay by card, - Terrible service, - Very rude staff A restaurant could have great food and many amenities but, if the staff is unwilling to provide a good service, is rude and careless then it's simply not worth the visit. I've been there 3 times, all of which bad service stood up. I won't go anymore and I won't recommend it at all. Lame as place has good potential.
