Čekání na jídlo 40 minut, člověk má hlad a po dlouhém čekání přinesou něco jako půl steak, maso absolutně tvrdé a dole spálené na uhel. Brambory absolutně studené. Obsluha se objeví jednou za půl hodiny a platit si musíte dojít. Druhá dvě jídla taky nestála za řeč, hranolky hrozné. Nikdy víc mě tam neuvidí. I don't normally write reviews, but today I have to. Waiting for food for 40 minutes, one is hungry and after a long wait will bring something like half a steak, the meat absolutely hard and burnt down to the bottom on charcoal. Potatoes absolutely cold. The attendant appears every half hour and you have to pay. The other two meals were also worth mentioning, terrible fries. They'll never see me there again.
J	Jana Procházková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Restauraci“ navštěvuji vcelku pravidelně, jídlo za 2-4 hvězdy, ale bohužel se nemohu zbavit dojmu, že zaměstnanci nemají nejmenší tušení, co tam vlastně dělají nebo co by dělat měli. Není výjimkou, že jeden stůl je obsluhován 2-3 servírkami; často se stává, že servírka obslouží jeden stůl a odchází z placu, takže pokud sedíte v zadní části “restaurace“, chvíli trvá, než se k vám po sekvenci stůl/bar/stůl/kuchyně/stůl/kuchyně/stůl/bar… dostane. Ovšem včerejší zkušenost, kdy si objednáte jídlo, sníte jídlo (kachna/knedlíky/zelí – 4) , nahlásíte placení kartou, jste vyzváni, ať jdete zaplatit k baru a tam vám sdělí, že jim nefunguje terminál pro platbu kartou, u mě způsobila takový šok, že sem už chodit nebudu. Jak je možné, že vás nechají si objednat bez předchozího upozornění na nefungující terminál? Prostě nechají a personál to nikterak netrápí. Po té, co jsem se snažila vysvětlit, že lidé nemusí mít hotovost a spoléhají na službu (kterou mají mimochodem napsanou i na jídelním lístku), mi bylo sděleno, že restauraci stejně navštěvují většinou lidé s hotovostí, tak jakýpak problém. NO, KDYŽ MYSLÍTE….. I visit the “restaurant” quite regularly, food for 2-4 stars, but unfortunately I cannot get the impression that the employees have no idea what they are doing or what they should do there. It is no exception that one table is served by 2-3 waitresses; it often happens that the waitress serves one table and leaves the place, so if you sit at the back of a “restaurant” it takes a while to get to you after the table / bar / table / kitchen / table / kitchen / table / bar… . But yesterday's experience when you order food, eat food (duck / dumplings / cabbage - 4 ), report card payment, you are prompted to pay to the bar and tell you that the card payment terminal is not working, such a shock that I will not come here anymore. How is it possible that they will order you without prior notice of a malfunctioning terminal? They just leave and the staff does not bother. After trying to explain that people do not have to have cash and rely on the service (which they have written on the menu, by the way), I was told that most people with cash still visit the restaurant anyway, any problem. NO WHEN YOU THINK… ..
V	Václav Bečka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme tu 2x. Přinesli nám polévku a ještě než jsme snědli nám přinesli druhé jídlo. Takže hned bylo studené. Když jsme poprosil jestli nám to obsluha neohreje tak jen drzkovali. Jidlo žádná sláva, kupovaný knedlík a obyčejný guláš. Po druhé po 10 minutách čekání na jidelak jsme se zvedli a odešli jsme. Před námi tam čekali 2 lidé na to než si jich někdo všimne prý 20 minut. We were here 2x. They brought us soup and brought us a second meal before we ate. So it was cold now. When we asked if the service staff warmed us up, they just chuckled. There is no glory, bought dumplings and plain stew. Secondly, after 10 minutes of waiting for jidelak, we got up and left. There were two people waiting for us before they could notice 20 minutes.
J	Jaroslav Blažek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme byli u Vás na rodinném obědě a musím říct že když jsem viděl chaoz na place chtěl jsem okamžitě odejít. Pracuji v oboru gastronomie již 20 let. Měli jsme rezervaci týden dopředu a pomalu o tom nikdo nevěděl. Jídlo nám moc chutnalo a díky patří panu kuchaři. Rodinou sešlost jsme tam měli i loni a s obsluhou jsme byli spokojeni na 100 procent. Chtělo by to zlepšit servis na place a aspoň někoho kdo se v tom vyzná a případně brigádníka k ruce. Dávám tři hvězdy jen díky kuchaři jinak bych dal jen jednu hvězdu. Today we were at your family lunch and I have to say that when I saw chaos on the set I wanted to leave immediately. I have been working in the field of gastronomy for 20 years. We had the reservation a week in advance and slowly no one knew about it. We liked the food very much and thanks to the chef. We had a family gathering there last year and we were 100% satisfied with the service. It would like to improve service on the set and at least someone who knows it and possibly a temporary worker to hand. I give three stars only thanks to the chef otherwise I would give only one star.
P	Pavel Šebesta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upřímně jsem byl překvapený, že je něco takového dneska ještě možné!!! Jídlo nechutné, stejně jako "rozlévané" nápoje! Cenami však může konkurovat kdejaké restauraci v centru města. Tento podnik je ostudou pohostinství a urážkou kuchařského řemesla. Už nikdy v životě! I was honestly surprised that something like this is still possible today !!! The food is disgusting, as are the "spilled" drinks! However, any restaurant in the city center can compete with the prices. This venture is a disgrace to hospitality and an insult to the culinary craft. Never again in my life!
L	Lukas Nestrojil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá usměvavá a ochotná obsluha, velké porce chutného a výborně upraveného jídla za rozumnou cenu. Výběr taky slušný ( jak hotovky tak i minutky ). Parkování u restaurace bez problémů, lehce dostupné i MHD. Této restauraci nemám co vytknout a vřele doporučuji jak jednotlivcům, skupinám tak i rodinám. Jako bonus dávají každé jedenácté jídlo zdarma! Great smiling and helpful staff, large portions of tasty and well-prepared food at a reasonable price. The selection is also decent (both cash and minutes). Parking at the restaurant without problems, easily accessible by public transport. I have nothing to complain about this restaurant and I highly recommend it to individuals, groups and families. As a bonus, they give every eleventh meal for free!

Sunday lunch on the way to a winter holiday on Lipno .... Entrance quite neglected ... restaurant clean, WC clean, service nice and food in proportion to very good prices taste good ...
